Free shipping for the pack Domestic orders over $75 ship free. International orders over $100 ship free.
Order processing Every order is packed by hand within 2–4 business days. During busy stretches — launches, holidays, the occasional Jack-supervised slowdown — things may run a little longer, and we'll always keep you in the loop.
Delivery times
- Domestic: 3–7 business days once your order is out the door.
- International: 7–30 business days, depending on how customs is feeling in your country.

A note on timing Delivery windows are our best estimates. Carriers run late, weather happens, customs keeps its own schedule — all of it sits outside our hands. But if anything goes sideways with your order, reach out. We look after our pack.
